Professional Recruiter – US Market
We are looking for smart, motivated people who want to work in a team environment for our US process. This is a night operation (9PM till 6AM). You will be able to leverage a ready base of qualified requirements from day 1 (over 100 qualified requirements per week guaranteed).
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and interacting directly with clients across the United States.
Handle Clients requirements and submit suitable candidates for those positions.
Understand job requirements from the client
Search and identify potential candidates in the US market through different sources like job portals, internal database, and various networking sites.
Shortlist candidate resumes according to the Job requirement.
Conduct telephonic interview with the shortlisted candidates. Preliminary screening of candidates to ensure that they meet clients’ requirements and have the required skills.
Negotiate on Salary aspects. Responsible to maintain target margins based on bill rates and pay rates.
Submit the profile of the candidate to Manager for approval.
Update the Internal Database Management System regulary.
Correspondence with clients for requirements, feedback and follow-up.
Timings - 9PM - 6AM
Desired Profile / Skill
The most critical skills needed are great communication, ability to think on your feet and a drive to succeed. A perfect team member will have all or most of the following:
Graduate in any stream. Minimum 60% marks in Class XII (best of five subjects).
Prior experience in US staffing OR BPO / KPO industry experience of 1-3 years
Excellent verbal, listening, written communication and convincing skills
Ability to deliver results and handle pressure
The drive to succeed, energy and persistence to keep going - hallmark of a great recruiter.
Self organized with good time management skills. Ability to multitask i.e. manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Be target-driven and self–motivated. The ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace.
A passion for recruiting.
Basic proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
This is a Delhi based position. We are open to looking at outstation candidates only if they can travel to Delhi at their own expense for interviews.
